Race Route
Both the 1K Fun Run and the 5K Race begin and end behind the courtyard of Lovejoy High School. Most of the 5K race is a scenic run along Rock Ridge Road. The 5K is a certified and fast course!

Lovejoy Leopards, Inc. invites you to join us for a morning run or walk in the country surrounding Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas, just east of Allen, Texas. Our certified 5K course takes you through scenic countryside that includes a pond and open grassy areas. Or, if you prefer, you can choose to run the 1K.
After running, enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast provided by The Original Pancake House, great music provided by Dallas Mobile DJ, bounce houses, face painting, and more.
Cindy Keil, of Shape IT Naturally, will be warming up the runners and walkers for the 1K and 5K races
Craft/Market Show: Another part of the Lovejoy Country Run fundraiser to benefit our students is the Craft & Market Show held till 3:00 pm on race day. Enjoy vendors from our area in a wide array of arts, crafts, goods and collectibles!
